What is included in the $499 Basic package?
We install and configure our existing chatbot on one website, add your branding, approved FAQs and contact or booking links, and test it before launch. New custom workflows, dashboards and bespoke integrations are outside this package.
What makes the $899 Custom package different?
We tailor the chatbot conversation flows, lead questions and business rules to your agreed requirements. We confirm the scope before development; complex third-party integrations and AI voice are quoted separately.
How does the $99 advance work?
You pay $99 to begin onboarding. It counts toward your package price, rather than being an extra fee. The remaining setup balance is $400 for Basic or $800 for Custom, invoiced at the agreed delivery milestone.
When does monthly maintenance start?
After delivery approval and payment of the setup balance, you can separately activate monthly maintenance. It never starts automatically when you pay the advance.
Does maintenance include AI usage and new features?
Maintenance covers hosting, monitoring, approved knowledge updates and small fixes. Third-party AI, telephony and other usage charges, large changes and new features are scoped separately before you agree to them.
Can the assistant book appointments or speak to customers?
Chatbots can guide visitors to your calendar and enquiry links. Custom booking integrations depend on the agreed scope. AI voice and combined chat + voice solutions are available through a separate quote.
Can I control what the assistant says?
Yes. We configure approved knowledge, answer boundaries and a route to your team. You review the important conversations before launch.
Can I cancel monthly maintenance?
Yes. Once subscribed, use Manage billing from your project page to cancel future renewals. Your subscription continues through its paid period. We agree handover and hosting arrangements with you.
